The PBS Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role requiring inspiring leadership and practitioner credibility.

You will lead the development and implementation of  a least- restrictive approach and support managers, families, internal teams and external professionals.

  • Lead a team providing person-centered care

  • Ensure high-quality services in a supported living environment.

Support Worker

  • Up to 36 hours contract

Cluster Manager (Interim)

Our Cluster Managers lead a team to be constantly curious and strive for the highest standards, whilst making life-changing differences every day to the people we support. Two roles are currently available.

Learning & Development Officer

All Regions

£27,000 - £28,000 (linked to experience)

Confident to deliver training to our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Learning &
Development to implement new training courses, as well as constantly strive to improve and develop the
In-house training courses.
