Digital Support Officer

Location: Covering all regions, based at our York office (Hull, Bridlington, Scarborough, Whitby)
Starting from: £26,500 per anum - Based on Experience
Reporting to: Digital Manager
Hours: 40 hours per week

• Provide support for Google Workspace and other core applications

• Manage user accounts and access

• Troubleshoot digital issues

• Support implementation of new tools

• Help improve digital processes and security

As a Digital Support Officer, you’ll help us deliver high-quality technical support and digital services across the organisation. You’ll work closely with team members across Moorview Care to ensure our systems, devices, and platforms run smoothly and securely.
