Moorview Care is a family organisation at heart, made up of a kind and dedicated team, who support autistic people and people with a learning disability to live a Gloriously Ordinary Life.
Since 2000, we have supported people across 17 locations in the North of England. Strongly routed in family values, we welcome the people we support as part of that family. We want to make a meaningful difference in peoples lives, and pride ourselves in leading the way to a more inclusive future.
Family Working Group
At Moorview Care, we know that strong relationships with families are key to providing the best support. That’s why we’ve launched the Family Working Group to bring families and our team together to share feedback, shape improvements, and strengthen communication.
The group is already driving positive change, focusing on key areas like communication, training, team consistency, and advocacy. Families have highlighted the need for regular updates, better access to reports, and a clearer induction process for new team members. With a strong focus on long-term planning, we’re working together to create a more connected and supportive future for everyone. 💚

At Moorview Care, we believe the people we support should be at the heart of everything we do and our award-winning
co-production group, Moorview Matters, is proof of this.
We recognise that we are stronger together and by listening to the views of the people we support, we will continue to learn, grow and develop ensuring that the services we provide are wanted and needed.
Moorview Matters was created as a way for the people we support to have a voice in the way Moorview Care operates. Moorview Matters gives a platform for this passionate group of people to speak up on behalf of everyone supported by Moorview Care.
We're always looking for ventures new so keep an eye out for possible expansions in the future.
