We work closely with people who chair Care & Treatment Reviews for NHS England, so we are constantly innovating and developing new service models to suit people leaving a hospital setting under the Transforming Care Agenda.

Supported Living
The majority of the care and support we provide is known as supported living, which focuses on supporting people to live in their own house, either on their own or with others.
In partnership with Alex Hogg Memorial Trust we provide highly personalised, safe, creative and fun environments where the people we support can develop their social, communication and life skills to enable them to live a more independent life including education and employment. We work base our support on taking positive risks to achieve positive outcomes.
Complex Care
We know it can be difficult for people moving into the community after leaving a hospital setting or an assessment and treatment unit.
We specialise in finding, buying and adapting the right accommodation in partnership with Alex Hogg Memorial Trust to provide safe and suitable housing.
We believe everyone has the right to choose a good home in their local community.
Flexible Support
Moorview Care provides flexible support to people who generally have a mild learning disability and therefore need less support.These people usually live in their own home or with family members.
Our community-based flexible support is a bespoke and personalised service and as with all of our services we focus on positive outcomes.
Like all of the support we provide, it encourages independence, develops skills and enables people to live the life they choose.
