About Us
Moorview Care is a family organisation at heart that has been established for 25 years. Our team is now made up of over 300 dedicated Care and Support Professionals with a wealth of experience in Health and Social Care.
Our Moorview Care Family
Our Moorview Care Family is ever-expanding, and we have grown our portfolio of houses organically over the years - now with 17 locations across Whitby, Scarborough, Bridlington & Hull. Despite our unprecedented growth, we still maintain our family feel, and our family values are at the heart of everything we do.
We're a leading Care and Support Provider in the Yorkshire and Humber regions, specialising in supporting autistic people, people with a learning disability and people who need support with their mental health. We support over 50 people in their own homes. We empower people to make their own choices and have control over their lives.
Our support team are trained to empower people to live the kind of life they want to live. We do this through a compassionate, respectful and curious approach. We strive to make a meaningful difference in people's lives, and pride ourselves in leading the way to a more inclusive future.
We pride ourselves on the high-quality, person-centred support that we deliver around the clock. We have an “Outstanding” rating from CQC for our services in Whitby & Scarborough and a “Good” rating for Bridlington & Hull.
We are committed to continuous improvement and collect regular feedback to ensure we are on the right track. We consider that the people we support and our team are all part of "The Moorview Care Family", and we always check that the support we provide would be what we would want for our own mum, dad, brother or sister. We trust each other, and that trust has grown out of 25 years of dedicated support.
