Positive Behaviour Support Lead (Practitioner)

As our PBS Lead (Practitioner), you will lead the delivery of our Positive Behaviour Support strategy across all regions. You’ll provide expert guidance to teams, develop high-quality PBS plans, and ensure best practices are embedded across our Supported Living services. This is a highly influential role where you’ll coach leaders, design and deliver bespoke training, and use data and evidence-based practice to improve outcomes for the people we support.
