Support Worker

£12.25 -  £12.45 per hour

• Flexible shifts - days, nights, sleep-in (paid at £12.21 per hour), ​​weekends

• Waking night shifts paid at an extra £0.50 per hour

• Support our people and build meaningful relationships with them based on a variety of factors including trust, kindness and equality

• Support transitions where appropriate

• Complete accurate record keeping including daily checks and BMC’s

• Follow care & support plans whilst making contributions to changes
