We’re delighted to share that Moorview Care has achieved an outstanding 98% score in our latest Quality Assessment by North Yorkshire Council.
This assessment is an important independent review of how we support people with a learning disability and autistic people, across all areas of our services—from the quality of care and safeguarding to leadership, culture, and personalised support.
A Reflection of Our Values
We are incredibly proud that the assessors recognised our strong commitment to:
✅ Positive relationships – the close connections we build with the people we support and their families.
✅ Culture and leadership – creating a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone feels valued.
✅ Empowering independence – enabling people to make choices, pursue interests and enjoy full lives.
✅ Teamwork – ensuring the team at all levels work collaboratively to provide consistent, high-quality care.
Key Highlights
We achieved 100% scores in many key areas of the assessment.
The report praised the positive culture across our teams and the meaningful outcomes we support people to achieve.
Our leadership and governance were also highlighted as strong and effective.
A Team Effort
This fantastic result is a true reflection of the dedication, compassion, and professionalism of the entire Moorview Care team. It also reflects the trust that the people and families we support place in us every day.
We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone involved—from our incredible team to the wider community. Together, we’ll keep building on this success and continue striving for the very highest standards.
Looking Ahead
While we are proud of this result, we are always looking for ways to further develop and enhance the quality of our services. Achieving 98% is a brilliant milestone—but we will keep listening, learning, and improving.
Here’s to the next chapter—and continuing to make a difference every day. 💚
