The First Tiffany Pearson Award: Honouring Courage, Resilience, and Spirit

The very first Tiffany Pearson Award was proudly presented at the Moorview Care Show, an award that holds deep significance for everyone who knew Tiffany and for all who continue to be inspired by her story.

Tiffany was fierce in her determination and unwavering in the face of adversity. Her brilliant sense of humour, even in the darkest of moments, left a lasting mark on all who met her. She was a passionate advocate for herself and for others, and her influence continues to reach far beyond those who knew her personally. Tiffany’s courage, resilience, and strength of spirit form a legacy that will never fade.

This award, created in her memory, recognises someone we support who truly embodies those same qualities and this year, that person is Bradley.

Reflecting on Bradley’s achievements, Natasha shared:

“Bradley has worked incredibly hard over this last year, participating in interviews for new members of the team, contributing to discussions about how support is delivered, and actively participating across all aspects of his support. His joy is infectious and his positivity transfers to all those he meets.”

She went on to say:

“Bradley should also be proud of all his personal achievements this year; he has demonstrated great determination and perseverance in commencing and making rapid progress in his swimming lessons, a goal he has pursued for some time, as well as his new ventures in volunteering with many different community initiatives and projects, creating positive contributions to his local community.”

Bradley exemplifies everything this award stands for determination, resilience, and a strength of spirit that uplifts others. He is a shining example of how perseverance and positivity can create lasting impact.

It is with immense pride that we recognise Bradley Booth as the first-ever recipient of the Tiffany Pearson Award.
