What Our Team Told Us

  • Job Satisfaction: 8.1 / 10 — higher than last year and above the national benchmark.

  • Wellbeing: 3.91 / 5 — well ahead of the national average, reflecting positive changes such as the Wellbeing Hub.

  • Job Security: 4.19 / 5 — showing confidence in Moorview Care’s stability.

  • Making a Difference: 4.7 / 5 — our highest-ever score.


Team members shared:

We also heard where we can improve particularly around pay communication, rota planning, and career progression. Clearer pay updates, a new rota improvement project and our new Head of Learning & Development Lee will help us address these challenges.

Across all four surveys, one theme is clear, Moorview Care is a values driven organisation that people trust but we’re not standing still.


  • Each locality is now developing a specific action plan, shaped by their team’s feedback

  • Digital Officer joining in September to improve systems

  • Career development review underway for all teams, including night teams

  • Rota Improvement Project, focused on creating fairer, more predictable scheduling

  • Winter Wonderland Ball in January 2026 to celebrate our 25th anniversary with our team
