Moorview Care is a family organisation at heart that has been established for 24 years. Our team is now made up of over 300 dedicated individuals with a wealth of experience in the Health and Social Care industry.
Our Moorview Care Family is ever expanding, and we have grown our portfolio of services organically over the years - now with 17 locations across throughout Whitby, Scarborough, Bridlington & Hull. Despite our unprecedented growth, we still maintain our family-feel and our family values are still at the heart of everything we do.
We're a leading provider within the Yorkshire and Humber regions, specialising in supporting those with a learning disability, autism and complex needs. We support over 50 people in shared houses of between 2 and 6 people with additional members of the Moorview Care family being supported in the community.
Our team share the outlook that our clients come first, and we are there to support them with their day-to-day activities and ensure that they remain safe and happy. Our philosophy is to enable people by equipping them with the skills and tools for life’s challenges. We have an excellent reputation for supporting people to live the life they choose, with as much joy and laughter as possible.

Almost 20 years ago, Moorview Care started life as a 16-bed residential care home in North Yorkshire. We have expanded significantly since then and now have over 17 sites, but we remain a family-run organisation, with family values and a family ethos.
We constantly ask the question "Would we be happy if this was the service provided to my mum or dad, brother or sister". This approach helps us to maintain our high standards across all of our services.
