Our Business Support Team assist in the day-to-day running of Moorview Care behind the scenes including finance, business operations and general administrative support.

Finance & Contracts Manager

Laura Allingham-Hume

Laura joined Moorview Care as our bookkeeper, but is now our Financial Manager overseeing all financial matters including payroll, client payments, expenditures and business finances. Laura is qualified in bookkeeping, AAT and management accounting.

Head of Communications

Robyn Franklin

Robyn brings her creative expertise to Moorview Care's communications. Helping create effective communications both internally and externally to promote Moorview Care's values, achievements and developments.

Head of HR

Vikki Knibbs

Vikki joined Moorview Care in September 2020 and brought over 8 years of experience working in HR, as well as being CIPD level 5 and ILM level 5 qualified. ​

 

​As Head of HR, Vikki is accountable and responsible for the HR function within the company and oversee the HR team. Vikki's focus in her role is to collate and analyse people data and then use this to make business decisions moving forward.

Head of Inclusive Learning and Development 

Gemma Gibson

Gemma joined Moorview care in October 2020 having worked in Social Care since 2001. 

 

Gemma work within the People and Culture team and oversees the Learning and Development team. As well this Gemma is also responsible for delivering the development strategy within Moorview Care to ensure that our team members receive the best possible training and learning opportunities whilst ensuring that correct and best practice is embedded.

 

Gemma oversees all aspects of training from qualifications to leadership development, to ensure our people continue to develop their skills and have career progression during their with Moorview Care.

PBS Manager

Jess Dyson

Jess joined Moorview Care in August 2022 having worked in Health and Social Care for 12 years first as a support worker and then as a trainer and PBS practitioner.  

 

The main aim of Jess' role as the PBS manager is to work with our clients and their support teams to create and implement proactive strategies that reduce an individual's distress and improve their quality life.

Digital & Business Process Manager

Mark Wheatley

Mark joined Moorview Care in September 2021, having worked in IT within the Social Care providers for the past 5 years. 

Mark brings a variety of knowledge and skills in IT systems and processes to help develop, streamline and increase efficiencies. Mark works with many functions within Moorview Care to help analyse current processes and business functions, to look for opportunities to improve them.
