Favour recently joined the Moorview Care family as a Support Worker. Not having any prior experience in Adult Social Care, Favour attended our learning pathway for those new to the industry. This 2 week paid training course equipped Favour with the basic skills to start shadowing her fellow team members whilst she continues to learn all the skills she needs to support people in the right way. Favour will continue to progress towards the nationally recognised Care Certificate standard as she grows within her team.

 
We also provide more specialised training for supporting individuals who have multiple or more complex healthcare and behavioural needs.
